    Yes I have been testing that and some of the cameras I have been testing including this one I have just bought was not on IPC-T5241H-AS-PV or I cant find it to test. Its a good tool I have sent off a request maybe they will add it.

    Do these cameras have an app similar to hik-connect where it will send you a picture of the triggered alarm without any sd card or NVR connected. I found that a very handy setting/app for hik cameras.

    2.8 mm don't get me wrong I have 4 cameras they dodged everyone to get to that door they are not stupid, but if they try that door again at Least the intrusion alarm will go off and alert me.

    If that's any lower it will get ripped off the wall or smashed it's not possible. It's far to close proximity to my neighbor it's about 8 foot up. And I have around 7 foot to play with wide. Semi-detached house very close proximity it's not that easy.

    Exactly where mine is going to go I have getting the 2.8mm. it's got to cover a very close 45 degree angle with no where near the light you have here fingers crossed I have chosen the right lens. I picked the 2mp version as it has the alarm feature.

    Yes that's quite a nice image what is the recording like I have my camera set at 1/25 if I set it to 1/12 I get a nice picture like this with little grain only problem is you have no chance of picking up a face or anything really as it just blurs everything. What's your set on?

    Yes I bought these ages ago off ebay around 3-4 year ago. I have upgraded as far as I can go with the hack as its Chinese v5.4.5. Would I see big gains buying a couple of new ones? If so how much and advise which ones and where to get from? I am from UK btw
