    After talking to Support a Repair/Regenerate fixed the timeline but it started doing it again, he said he would do more work to replicate the issue tomorrow. I reverted back to 5.5.9.6 and did another Repair/Regenerate to clear the timeline up again.

    Just emailed support.... I have all but 1 camera recording 24/7 and this is what my timeline looks like after upgrading to 5.6.0: Playing clips, they appear to all be there.... Close to 8pm is when I installed 5.6.0....

    Thanks, I got it setup. Stupid windows kept opening Edge instead of IE, once I disabled that and opened it in IE it allowed me to save the rule.

    I was using Firefox and it seemed to be fine, I'll try IE, plus I'm going back and reading (should have read the whole thing first before asking!!)

    Then I must just be missing the setting somewhere.... I'll look back through the settings. I looked in the PTZ function menu but don't see the auto track like it looks in the menus posted in this thread.

    Do you think this could be an IPv6 thing? Not sure if that machine always used IPv6 or not, but looking at ipconfig, the working server is using IPv4 still.

    I am running Blue Iris as a service using a windows user account that I setup as an admin account just for this. No my alerts folder is not on a network share. I just tried the curl command from the command prompt from two different windows accounts and I get the same error.. I'm stumped.

    what does this alert icon mean?

    I believe that is the icon for "Occupied", which means the detected objects didn't move which should also show a blue box around the object. Found on Page 77 of the help pdf.
