    Just downloaded 5.3.0.0 and all cameras went to no signal, all getting: RTSP: 401 Unauthorized. Had it go back to 5.2.9.23 and all came back....

    Sub-streams is still relatively new, could be a bug in Blue Iris, you should probably report it to support just to make sure he is aware of the issue.

    I would venture to guess that this is done somewhere in the schedules and/or the profiles settings, but I've never delved into those two areas, I've just left them at the default!

    I have 4 cameras and it is instant for me. Did you mention what version of Blue Iris you were using? Could be different versions that you and your dad are on...

    Blue Iris Updates From the looks of it, 5.2.6.5 is missing for whatever reason. Others have said they downloaded 5.2.6.1 and then allowed it to upgrade to 5.2.6.5.

    What version of 5 are you using? The last few versions have issues because he has been adding some very useful things like using sub-streams, but this is causing issues and will until he gets the kinks worked out. Try downgrading to 5.2.6.5 (4/28/2020), I believe that was a very stable version.

    Pretty sure this is a known issue with sub-streams at the moment since it is still a work in progress. You either have to stop using sub-streams or put up with this bug until it all gets worked out.

    Answer from Ken about the sizes: "The 1st one is a pre-trigger image The 2nd image is from the Alerts list. Additional are "real time" The alert image list is not stored as full-size, it's reduced for the database."
