please help Dahua 5 mp PTZ ip cam

From the photo, you should be able to use an ohm meter to check what pins correspond to each wire with the little bit of wiring remaining on that female RJ45 plug.

I would take advantage of that space in the box itself and see no need for using a weatherproof box. A dab of dielectric grease on the connections.

    Doubling Up CAT Cables

I have used the simple 2 pc split/combine units and they are fair but sometimes can be flaky like @bp2008 mentioned. If I had it all to do again I would double pull my runs even if I thought those runs will never be needed.

    Remote/Wireless POE Switch?

I did not mean for "old school" to be bad. I have lots of cameras running on the 10/100 systems and do not even have any gigabit units.

    Remote/Wireless POE Switch?

The Nanostation LOCO M5 sold by BHP for $67. comes with the 24v passive Poe injector. The LOCO AC for $49. does not include the injector. The M5 is old school in that it has 10/100 Ethernet where the AC is gigabit.

    Can't find PTZ Home position

Set up a schedule in BI. Here is an excert from @wittaj post"Using Spotter Cameras to direct a PTZ where to look in an NVR or Blue Iris and setting a spotter cam as a priority in Blue Iris" "You also have to set a schedule up for the PTZ so that it will go back to the preset once it is done...

    Zerotier help needed

You may also try Tailscale. I use both but find it flawless. I have one account that I monitor where Zerotier frequently fails to connect where Tailscale never fails. Setup is a little easier and the devices do not need to be authorized. It provides an IP for each device that you set it up on...

Yes, it generates a network ID that you need to remember and a strange NAME that you have the option to change once you select it. After selecting, scroll down the page and you will find the MEMBERS area. There you need to check the box by AUTH? for your devices. To add another device, from that...

    ZeroTier?

Sure, Install it on those devices, choose the same Zerotier network that you set up in BI, login to myzerotier dot com and check the "Auth?" box. Within a couple of minutes it will show in the "Last seen" box if it is working.

Help me find a PoE Camera with a wide FOV (around 160 degrees+)

I have both the Annke FCD600 and the Revotech cameras and both perform well. The Annke has IR but stays in color mode with very little light. At close range the stiching is off but does not bother me. They are frequently on sale for $79.99. The Revotechs can be found with built in mic and...

TeamViewer, ZeroTier and TailScale - Remote Connection To BI Server

I have Zerotier and Tailscale loaded upon boot on several PCs with no conflict. From time to time one will temporarily not want to play right so the other provides backup. No problems using RealVNC/TightVNC or Splashtop either. Zerotier has given more temporary problems for me.

    PTZ4M-25X-PV VS PTZ425DB-AT

The PTZ425DB-AT is a dome camera and better suited to be mounted underneath an eave or horizontal surface. Optional mounts would be needed to mount otherwise. Also, being a dome camera its IR may not perform as well though I have not noticed on the one that I have. Some say the dome has a...

Will Dahua/Hikvision etc. make a 180 degree camera with IR?

Yep, these will not fit any standard box. Maybe you could use one of the blank box plates and modify it to the Annke mounting plate.

Will Dahua/Hikvision etc. make a 180 degree camera with IR?

The turrets come with a flat mounting plate which you mount either horizontally or vertically under soffit then the camera "clips" onto the plate. My wiring is fed inside the structures via a 1 inch hole. Here is a photo snatched from a YouTube video

Will Dahua/Hikvision etc. make a 180 degree camera with IR?

Annke continues to offer the FDC600 for $79.99. For overview they are fantastic. In my rural setting, I have 5 of them in bullet and turret models and prefer the looks of the turret myself. I only run 1 in color/LED at night which doubles as a night light but the distance to identify activity is...

The cameras should not be on the router network. The Blueiris PC is the only link between the router and the cameras.
