    Nonesense, it's just playing an HTML5 video, any chipset can handle that. They simply need to load a different webpage into the firmware.

    My camera works really well for LPR, in the day I get probably 95% of plates read correctly using openALPR, just looking to add more lighting to make it a bit better at night. The onboard emitters are pretty anemic.

    But of course it's a huge problem when you don't use Windows. That means all mobile devices (!!!), Ubuntu and it's cousins, Mac... That's a serious problem. And even when using Windows it causes me physical pain to fire up that antiquainted standards breaking monstrosity known as IE.
