    yes I was referring to the phone app as well. I originally had it setup on the phone app. But couldnt access with BI.. so used webpage to login and change IP address. Then I was able to add to BI.. so your saying start all over again? I think I may have bit off more than I can chew lol

    its placed behind it I think so...I downloaded the Reolink desktop app to my BI pc which is behind the firewall and I can access the doorbell with it... Im sorry Im not really technicially proficient so probably not explaining it clearly...

    What I like about the Reolink on paper anyway is it has a better resolution is POE and works with BI...for $80...if ut had wdr even for higher price it would be worth it I think..

    Thanks I like the Dahua but I don't like the low resolution picture quality (1080p). My front door has an overhang so when people step closer to door from the sun into the shade their faces become too dark and people of color are even worse...so kind of worried this dB without wdr might be worse

    its installed via POE... whats strange is I didnt have this problem before when I first installed it... it worked fine...it developed later that when I would talk via my phone to someone on the doorbell cam via the dmss app that the echo/feedback started...not sure what changed to make it happen...
