    It is very buggy and you need to increase the pre roll or just go back to the playback before that file is made and see what led up to the alarm trigger.

    I put a layer of vaseline around the camera housing and I haven't had any issues this winter with spiders. I have IR lights on at night too.

    For some reason on 2247 image it doesn't show it is selected. But when you enter the menu each time (image 2248) they are all selected. I also tested it with the audio detect over and over. And no push is ever sent.

    IF any one has trouble getting all their cameras to load in this new OSX app, right click on the NVR and show "all channels" instead of the default" show binding channels". I spent hours trying to figure that out today hunting and pecking. Photo attached.

    Ok, just tried the push notifications. That would be a good backup option expect that too isn't working. I def enabled the cameras, I triggered the camera so I had to get a email message about it, I have notifications turned on my phone, I save the changes, but no push notifications!!!! Doesn't work

    Tried a lot of everything. No luck. Deleted all cameras on the remote page and they all reappear after a few seconds and are added. All 5 cams appear on the old Smart PSS and OSD. But only 4 on the new SmartPSS. Old Smart PSS doesn't allow access to the IVS recordings. So I am basically stuck...
