waterproof PTZ camera without IR bleeding/reflection?

Hi,

my current dome camera is mounted in a very dusty place and get unuseable at night because the built-in IR is reflected by the dust/dirt on the dome cover. I need some camera with IR lights outside the dome cover. It has to be waterproof so I'm able to clean the dust without scratching cover or lens and it must be powered over PoE.

4x optical zoom would be sufficient and 360 pan range is not needed. It should be in the 'below 700 EUR' price range.

Do you have any recommendation?

This is the downside of dome cameras. But a turret camera or a flat face PTZ camera and you will not deal with this issue.

You could use external IR with your current camera. Mount the external IR in such a manner that the IR light does not shine on the dome. Then turn off the cam's IR.
