Did you figure it out? It actually looks like you have condensation or something on the lens and the IR is reflecting off of it. Another alternative to reboot is by flipping the circuit breaker :) -

I'm not using the RSTP url to connect w/ BI and it works fine. Interestingly enough, if I toggle the IR light function in BI at night, it forces the cam into color mode, but the IR stays on because I can still see the IR glare. -

I don't know what the constant load is for this cam, but you probably got a different reading because voltage will be higher without a load. Does anyone know the amperage requirement for this cam? I sent Laview an email. My transformer is only 16v 10va, so it's only providing the cam with .625amps. -

I haven't been too impressed with the Orbi either, but it's streaming 3 other indoor wifi cams without issues. -

I went as far as replacing my Asus router with a Netgear Orbi setup with 2 satellites. I placed 1 satellite within 6 to 8ft on the the other side of a window. If I remember correctly, it seemed to work fine the first day... -

Think I got my issue resolved... my issue appeared to be related to the power source. Electrician wired my mechanical chime wrong. Re-wired the chime and now everything seems to be working. Although there's no way to disable IR as of now, I toggled the IR on/off button in BlueIris and it... -

So after all this time, I'm still experiencing connectivity issues. My first device wouldn't go through setup and the LED ring stayed red. Resetting it did not work. I had the doorbell RMA'd and the new one now can be setup, but like the posters above, will not maintain a stable connection... -

This is by far the most difficult cam to setup. Holding down the reset button no longer resets (reboot according to the voice) the cam. I need to try starting all over. I was able to access the web interface and had it running on BI fine until the last update 171212, but it looks like I'm the... -

Good to hear everything seems to be working well for you. I wonder what the minimum signal strength dB this cam requires? Can you use an app like WiFi Analyzer to check your signal at the cam (with the front door shut)? -

For me, live view seems to work great. Recording/playback from BlueIris is pretty good, but does have some lag. Frames freeze, but does not appear to be skipping any frames. Mine keeps disconnecting from wifi and as it tries to reconnect, it continuously rings the chime every minute or so. It's... -

Are you able to access the cam by its IP address (like any other cam)? BI recognizes the IP, but I can't access it directly in any browser. -

How did you access this page? I've tried using the IP and changing the ports from 80 to various others with no success. I did get it added to BI.
