    MY short answer is that you will not be able to get BI 4 working with Outlook/Hotmail, a number of people have used some other email providers that still support the less secure protocols, I am not sure if any of them are FREE! Perhaps someone else might have some ideas that I am not aware of!

    Have you really thought this out, are you really wanting to put a Windows PC running BI and 1 camera in each Police Car just to record a dash cam, I would suggest that a look around for a good dash cam would be a better strategy!

    First question is what objects are you wanting to detect? Do you want the same objects to be detected on all cameras. You can check the 'Alert" tab setting on each camera and click on the "AI Configuration" and see if the "Static object analysis" is checked, if so try unchecking it!
