UI3 Stream 4k Delay Issue
Hello, I got my first 4k camera and in UI3 I can't seem to be able to watch the 4k or 1440p versions of the stream without it getting lots of player delay and saying my CPU isn't fast enough. My CPU seems just fine on the server, and it's definitely not a network issue because i watch the stream...- merkaba

Nice. What are the settings? Anytime either VTO is pressed it will ring the VTH and your phone? Both VTOs show up in the door section of the VTH? -

Last night when i initially set everything up the ringing + call from the VTO to the VTH was working fine. Today it's not. I am wondering if anyone could take a look at my settings and let me know what i could be doing wrong. I attached a bunch of photos of my settings. -

I asked Andy this a while back and he said that you can't have more than one VTO going to VTH's. Is that still the case? I would really love to get another VTO for my other door, but I don't want it going to it's own VTH. If both VTO's can go to both VTH's it would be weird. -

Has anyone had any problems viewing other cameras on the VTH? I added them all and only one of them works. The one that works happens to be a SD49225T-HN and all of the ones that do not work are IPC-HDW5231R-Z with the exact same sub-stream settings. I also tried H.265 with no luck. Any ideas? -

Anyone else have this issue? I was not having any issues on the old original app, but updated it a couple days ago and no longer can see the 10-second GIF in the notifications that i receive. -

But there are no images being generated because the cameras are not being triggered. It seems like more of a BI issue that i have to figure out first before trying to figure out why i'm getting so many false alerts still. I am wondering if my memory is causing the issue for BI? I have no idea. -

Yea, from the research i've done there is not a great solution for this on these types of cameras. I've been told it's not worth the effort/money to attempt to get these to be able to talk both ways. I'm going to suggest they get a doorbell camera for that feature. -
