    If your on LTE does the notifications come through then? I've had issues in the past where android phones would not recieve notifications when on wifi, but they would on LTE. Must of been some firewall issue...

I havent touched any setting (except when I was doing my stunnel video and added in another port in the Asus to forward)... just out of the blue it (BI app) started lagging like crazy

    Yes the asus wan matches the isp provided IP I looked and my att router is in DMZPlus mode and is forwarding all traffic to my asus router

    Not sure how to verify port traffic being passed through att router. When its plugged into the asus router it (the att router) is longer able to be accessed. What is strange is I just plugged my computer directly into the ATT router and did IPCONFIG... it shows a weird 172.16.x.x address and...

    Yes... 100% sure wifi disabled on all lte test. Connecting via public IP instead of DNS still results the same. What is strange is BI app + VPN + LTE works perfectly fine: see below (although its not as fast as wifi) But UI3 + VPN + LTE lags like crazy and has the issue

    This problem I believe is something new. I have had to do this 2 times now recently on a Blue Iris machine build. I have never had to do this in the previous 15+ BI system builds i've done with a fresh OS installed.

    It's a problem in both models. There is a thread (that bigredfish was in too) talking about the issue but it was on the non-e model. There are a couple fixes for this camera as a work around: A. The reflective tape method (which I havent tried yet) B. Keep it in B&W mode to counter the lens...
