    Hi, all , i got a new iPhone 12 and now can only use the BI app with Wifi. I have the correct WAN and LAN ip addresses with Port forwarding enabled and set on my router and iPhone, everything matches but will only coonect via wiFi. HELP PLEASE. Thanks, Adam

    Hi all, OK, I checked the settings in the iPhone for the Blue Iris ap and the new ios update turned off the setting to connect it to the local network so I simply changed the setting from OFF to ON and now it's fine.

    Wow, I cloned the NEW camera with a new IP address and then took one of the BAD cameras and simply changed the IP address to the NEW camera and it worked, it's on SUB STREAM! Thanks to all who gave suggestions. Adam
