Don't know about ipcam viewer, but in Tiny cam you point all cams to the nvr ip and change channel numbers for each cam. Cam 1=channel1, cam 2=channel2 etc.
Zig-zags are fine, but make them smaller. And put them where people,animals walk, steps,walkway,driveway. Not the side of the house or bushes where wind will trip them. Same with intrusion, smaller boxes only on the concrete.

Not sure what you are trying to do but that cam has no alarm i/o, so forget about the alarm tab. If you're trying to record to ftp ( or anywhere for that matter ) you need to go into setup/storage and configure there.
Far as I can tell there's no way to change the order around other than deleting and re-adding. Try dis connecting everything from the nvr and reboot it. Then add the cameras back one at a time in the order you want.
Changing the wires around or the ip config. I have a Dahua nvr that can get flaky when I change stuff around. Might just be mine I don't know, but it seems more stable if I reboot after making changes. Just something to keep in mind.
I have mine on a corner mount and like it cuz you can see two sides of the building. But in your case,it looks like those trees would be a problem seeing the gate and the drive. Hard to tell from the pic. So if it's important for you to see the gate go with the center of the building. If you...
