Now take the same voltmeter and check your transformer. Personally 1 amp is a tad light for the video doorbell, chime, et al. A 2 AMP 12VDC regulated transformer would work better for you. -

Try this: Guessing the yellow wire is for a second doorbell button. Test the Sage Sensor's functions directly connected to the 12V power supply to see if triggers with the 12V. If that works then your Sage sensor is working and it is not getting enough voltage from the current connections... -

Best to lock up the router in a closet and put it on a UPS with the only way to power it down would be at the fuse panel. You can utilize No-IP dot com for free. For a small monthly fee you can take full advantage of No-IP dot com and use their advanced monitoring. Here only have two homes...- pete_c
