    When I log into router I see a list of attached devices and it's not on it. I am not even sure my netgear R4500 can show an offline client list.

    Not Easily, I have to use a lift to get to the camera as well as the electrical box with POE, I just ordered a stand alone POE injector so when and if I have to take it down to trouble shoot I will have a POE to test with.

    Mine went offline a few hours ago and hasn't came back on line yet so I can get firmware version or try and block the MAC to see if that will resolve my issue. Seems like it's always mid day and will be back up later and in the morning.

    I used Chrome to change the IP address, and yes I use IE many times to setup camers but for some reason it's not wanting to let me past the pop up screen.

    Why can't you scrub through video?

    Stupid ? Why can't Dahua NVR or the SmartPSS software let you scrub video sort of like you can with multiple video clips in movie maker or other editing software.
