    Ken helped me get it working. I had to go into avast and enable it, that re run the exe file, than get a new code to enter it in BI

    well I want to use it as my speed dome liked the install of it, too bad I can't get it finished setting up so I can see my cameras on my other devices. I sent a request for avast to get it removed as a false positive but in light of the past few days they have been rather busy.

    grounding will help or you can ise a wireless transmitter receiver. I ran 3 sets of cat 5 to my gate as one switch has 4 cameras on it and the other has 6 plus if I lose one switch I still have the other se of camera watching the gate, mailbox and street

    Hikvision DS-2DF8C842IXS-AELW I have tried everything I can think of to diagnosis it switched out the router, cables, deleted the camera and reinstalled it with a new ip still nothing works but it works in he GUI any ideas?
