I just noticed that my NVR5432-16P-4KS2 shows Hardware V1.0. Everything seems to work fine locally at the NVR but now I am trying to set up IVS trip wire with a HDW5442 camera and it's not working. If I'm not mistaken, Live View used to work for me with the 2019 versions of the 4.0 software...- Slacker

I honestly haven't looked through much of it to do testing but I noticed the Algorithm version changed from 2.05 to 4.05 so I assume that accuracy is improved in the AI functions.- Slacker

I just tried. This is the screenshot after updating the first firmware file. This is the screen after updating the firmware.bin file. Everything seems to work so far. I used the NP version not the PN version. I was assuming it has to do with PAL or NTSC but both versions are still options...- Slacker

What settings are important for IVS Tripwire push notifications?
I just tested out push notifications on a IPC-HFW5442T-ASE-NI camera firmware V2.800.0000000.11.R, Build Date: 2019-12-30. I was very impressed at the speed that I get notified. I am seeing this 'Download Certificate' with the different firmware's from 2020. I'm not 100% sure when Live View stopped working but it was initially working on the version 4 firmware. This is from model NVR5432-16P-4KS2 (not 4ks2e) Everything still seems to work fine from SmartPSS...- Slacker

If you ask me, all of the version 3 firmware's are broke. I hate using the chrome app or installing browser plugins to view video from the nvr. You also get some of the new AI functionality.- Slacker

@Wildcat_1 I deleted the rule from the camera and then when I went to the NVR, it said "get config failed". I recreated the rule on the camera and it seems to work now. There is no way to delete and create the rule from the NVR, only on the camera. Another thing to note that I may have done... -

Thanks. That worked. I clicked left click to stop the line and then right click completed it. The arrow through the line only points one direction though. I tried drawing the line the opposite direction bottom to top instead of top to bottom but that had no effect. I'm not sure if that...
