    You may know this, but make sure there is power to the cam when you do the reset. You'll see a green light on the board inside...hold the reset button down until that green light goes out you should be set

    I literally just had this same problem. I opened the camera performed a hard reset and now it is working without issue. Give that a try if you haven’t already.

    FWIW, I am running a i7-4770k with 4 cams at 14% CPU. I tried playing with the resolutions in UI3, and even at 720p when I click the movement arrow on the PTZ it moves a full 10 seconds later.

    The 3 Dahua 2mp Starlight cameras I ordered on Amazon arrived today. Got two of them install, needless to say I am thrilled with the low light quality and the microphone is insanely good! Thanks again for all the reviews and thanks to Andy for getting them to me quickly!
