    Great idea. I feel like autofocus is able to fine tune more than manual, which could inherently be a problem (for situations such as these).

    Even with the lamp post in the way, shouldn’t I be able to manually focus it so the tree is clear (beyond the lamp post), if it’s capable of that? If I use the focus slider and click it one more “farther”, the whole scene is unfocused.

    I’ve done that over the entire viewing area because I’d like the whole thing monitored. When I enter the 4 points, and right click, it completes and the box is green with 1 green arrow on 1 side, pointing inward. Appears and crosses is checked, so is enter and exit

    No alerts at all now. I very clearly have no idea how to set this up lol. Blue box (target?) is what area of the screen I want to be monitored, and draw rule green lines (rule?) set the perimeter for the intrusion? Not very intuitive, just tells me to draw before I can save.

    Just an update… I am no longer having this issue and noted the changes I made throughout this thread based on everyone’s recommendations. If anyone has this same issue I suggest following the recommendations made. Thanks again to all who helped!
