    @wittaj - on my camera I'm seeing the commands reversed, SwitchMode=0 results in Day profile (makes sense logically as its the first setting) and SwitchMode=3 results in the night profile. Might be weirdness with the lastest firmware V3.120.0000000.2.R.221021.

    Any luck changing profiles on the 4K-T. I'm not using the utility, using the BI PTZ function but would assume it's largely the same. BI sends a sucessfull command to the 4K-T but I'm not getting it to change the profile. Thanks.

    Were you able to figure out how to change the day/night profiles? I'm using the BI PTZ preset on-call functionality with all my other camera's. I can send the HTTP request w/o issue, BI shows as successful, but the camera doesnt change profiles. Thanks

    +1, did a factory reset a second time and a full power cycle after seems to have brought it back to a known state. Would agree there's def some bugs in Web5.0. Is Version:3.000.0000000.20.RBuild Date:2022-09-2 from Andy still the best firmware?

    unkown move / delete error

    I have two move and delete errors that I can't shake. I tried regenerating the DB, deleting and regenerating, even completely deleting the "Alerts" folder and regenerating, all to no avail. The errors seem to indicate its not a space issue, the "Alerts" folder is on a local disk. Any thoughts?

    @Cameraguy - did you end up settling on something? I can't decide if the P2000 is worth it @ ~$200. I also can't confirm if the P2000 will fit. I have the same ProDesk 600. The 200w power supply should support the P2000 if it will fit.
