    @scn101, Many thanks, works! Now it's even send photos in email, I have 2 questions: 1. How I do that it'll send high quality images in email? (It's possible) 2. what's the different between the hikvision.com site and hikvision europe ? In the hikvision.com site v3.4.0 the latest firmware. Regards.

    NVR, I don't know if the quality get better, I just see that the cameras are stuck at Live view at NVR, the objects (car) are more speard on the picture. It's was not happen before the upgrade. Regards.
