    Currently you have it set to take a snapshot every 10 minutes DURING a trigger. So if the trigger is less than 10 minutes, it will not take a snapshot. if you uncheck 'only when triggered' it will take a snapshot every 10 minutes, forever, regardless of trigger state.

    First, dont run BI on a PC that you do other stuff on - that's the worst idea. The second worst idea is letting your kids run wild on a PC installing games with malware and ads and all kinds of other garbage - ON A PC WITH YOUR CAMERA IMAGES!

    I am using a Netgear JGS516PE switch which uses standard PoE spec for power - nothing is specific Dahua or to Dahua and this villa station is the only Dahua item I own on my network.

    It does make that voice 'calling now' and/or 'call was not answered' if you dont pick up - but they can be disabled in the options. Mine is hardware disabled right now due to the zwave sensor I have added - the resistor I added doesnt allow the voice to be triggered which I like better.

    EDIT TO ADD: I made additional postings below to go over features/info/and hacks for a zwave sensor Just got a VTO2111D-WP in and the iDMSS app can't find the device at all. Any ideas? I am scanning the QR code. Also the device wont automatically show up in my DHCP leases on my router.

    I love my reolink cameras. Low light is not GREAT, but it's acceptable for 90% of users besides very nit-picky 'power users' who toy with their own systems. I have owned 6 Reolink cameras for about 16 months now and NONE have given me any sort of trouble - and actually the police were amazed...
