    Does the camera have a connection to the internet? As the file has to be sent to Hikvision and the camera stays connected till I import new file but if camera has no internet connectivity it wont work Sent from my SM-N920C using Tapatalk

    I actually own 6 of the chinese hacked Hikvision cameras... 2 have a problem.with password as of now maybe my fault... but totally unable to reset password. The company i bought it from sends me xml reset file and it says reset failed. So nothing I can do. They have asked to send both cameras...

    I want to know how to portforward. Currently I think I dont have a public Ip... and thats where the problem is. I want to be able to access my cameras from anywhere. Router supports port forward and no-ip and also nvr supports no-ip. Is it possible? Sent from my SM-N920C using Tapatalk
