If the same camera works on the NVR/DMSS at a different location, the problem sounds to be with a setting or problem with the NVR That kinda proves it’s not DMSS that’s the problem. A new app won’t fix anything Try switching the cable to a different port in the NVR and doing a factory default...- bigredfish

You added the NVR right? not individual cameras on the NVR internal PoE ports. When you say" It will show up as a channel in DMSS but only the refresh image is shown." Can you show a snapshot of what you see on the phone? If the other cameras are appearing, highly doubt the app is the issue- bigredfish
