    I've tried that, it won't work unless I click on the IE icon and login to the camera first. Look like the Java script behind that IE icon enable/disable that port. Another thing I notice is that, the 1st IE icon click with get assign port 10080. It doesn't goes with the camera order.

    You can connect the NVR to your network then using the browser to get to NVR web GUI. From there you can access Camera GUI via IE icon.

    I think that number is how many POE port the NVR has. So 8P is 8 POE ports, 16P is 16 POE ports.

    Turn off firewall off and uncheck IPv6, still unreachable to 10.1.1.66

    Camera is connect to port 4, laptop connect to port 15. I tried it both way. DHCP set on laptop then connect and connect then set DHCP. Same issue. I even reset both NVR and camera to factory default, too. Still same problem.
