turret 5442 also have only 2 IRs... so they should be similar... pictures you sent me by DM shows that IR light is more uniform on 5449... Dahua has saved money here again. Should throw in 4 hybrid LEDs, 2 with near optics and 2 with far optics. Or do like HIK in the latest DeepInMind 2.0... -

don't think is even possible to revert to that old firmware for 4xxx-ei... Dahua blocked that possibility.. the best solution is to buy from second hand working used 4xxx-4ks2 or 5xxx-4ks2 NVR where owner / installer didn't upgraded firmware for a few years. Dahua sold millions of those models... -

I can confirm that SD425DB-AT-R (stealth version of MiniPTZ) is most silent (audible) PTZ which I tested in my life. even more silent in comparison to bigger brothers from SD5 series, which have very low frequency (bass frequencies) sounds..
