    Thanks for response but I don’t think that’s it As I had that problem when I first started using BI but I found a stable video driver and I disabled automatic window updates and video driver updates. Sorry if I wasn’t clear the update I was referring to was BI software update

    Thanks again!!! What pass for Tech-support should be a crime, I do not mind pay for support.... but it is up setting when I know much more that they do and they just read script and if they ask me one more time if i'm sure PC plug in and turned on i'm going to lose it

    Your the Bomb!! That worked Thanks I'm guessing the reason it worked when connected my phone to different data source it the app saw as connected to a lan but when I tried to use the phones data it look to WAN which still has my outside IP address

    As i start I thing I going to leave the NVR up and running just pull second stream for BI until I get all figured out as most of my can are running off a POE Switch (keep your head down ...if were not for Wife's and Kids this would be easy but would that be any fun!

    I connect my to VPN server (IPsec) and I'm able to access the BI web interface using and I phone 7 on Verizon I attempt connect via the Mobil app and get "unable to connect check server address", but wait there more if connect my VERIZON phone to a different data source ie mobile hot spot on...

    Andy has graciously agreed that I could return a defective camera but I’m trying to find a cost-effective way to do it Andy send me his address I’m not sure how it matches up with US labels anybody got to goby and a good way to ship it Thanks
