    I emailed the developer yesterday asking about the status of getting this bug fixed, as of yet, I have not heard anything back from him. It would be nice to know if he is working on it or if it will just never be fixed for Win7.

    If you can narrow the time frames down, you can export only selected chunks of video based on start/end time...that will save you a lot.

    You can have BI 'export' your file to a common format such as AVI/WMV/MP4 and then give that to the police. You will lose all indexing/BI specific stuff.

    Agreed, I experience the same thing too, which is why I reverted back to using the stock BI web interface. Having said that, the UI2 is a very nice looking interface....it does seem to take quite a bit longer to load though....

    Windows 7 x64 on both machines ReoLink RLC-410 and HikVision DS-2CD2032-I I know I'm screwed on the RLCs because they have no way to match the I-Frame to the fps. On the Hiks, I did match them and still see the problem.

    It seems like I remember trying this once and determined that it will NOT find the recordings unless you rename the actual files on disk. Someone else (probably fenderman) should be able to confirm this.
