Had it up for about 4 months. Only testing it. Usually have a Dahua TiOC up. Think image is far superior on this camera. App is a bit shit at times for push notifications. I wouldnt call them reliable for using as a doorbell notifcation.
I have this camera and its one of the better colour cameras I have seen in that price range. Below is a screenshot, actual image is much crisper. No white light turned on. Plenty of streetlight. Showing a lot more colour than the naked eye can see out there.
Setting > PTZ > Function > Preset
Just set any position for Preset 1 for this test, then in the SmartPlan section click where it says Add Plan and select Preset 1. You will now have IVS, People Counting etc
The usually keep a list of compatible dongles in the back of the manual. Would have expected that model to work as I am familiar with similar Amiko models working on the -X XVR

Hi Michael, I would get some older versions of the fimware from your supplier and apply them sequentially. You wont get from June to the latest in one update. I have experienced this with this model.
Distortion on this type of camera is usually caused by the lens not sitting in the camera properly. Have come across this numerous times. Removing the glue and reseating the lens may help you.
