I have DH-SD1A404XB-GNR and want to activate people counting but do not see any picture with 3 people on it

Have you added a preset?

no where can i find that i log in my ipcam ?

Setting > PTZ > Function > Preset

Just set any position for Preset 1 for this test, then in the SmartPlan section click where it says Add Plan and select Preset 1. You will now have IVS, People Counting etc

have found it i had an old smartpss of a year old because i have a new ipcan of 2021 i had to download the new smartpss and it now works like old times. thanks to (Young grasshopper) and all others

Its always best to use the cameras own web interface for setup of any kind, instead of SPSS.
