    Thanks for your reply. Yes, IP address is static set from my router, DHCP disabled for the camera. Username and pass are correct as I can add it to the app and can also see the video feed. The camera works really, i just need to know how to manage it on blue iris.

    Absolutely not. that didnt even cross my mind. We all have individual experiences for all the kit we buy :) I could say that about a cheap good spec chinese mobile phone I bought earlier, but that is another story altogether.
