Something to consider when using spotter cams, my 433's will be tracking a person perfectly and then will quit tracking them and go to a Preset when the person trips/crosses a spotter cam IVS rule. -

Video Stutter?
I too had stuttering issues on one location and changed the PoE switch and it cured it. On another location had the same issue and changed the computer out and it fixed the stuttering. The computer I changed out was a Surface Pro, may be something to that. -

I know nothing about fiber but it sounds like it is the $hit. My application is laying it in the woods above the ground, no burial due to way to many tree roots so I need the cable to be tough like direct burial Cat6.
