    SD29204UE-GN Zoom and focus iris stuck

    HI all, Just got 2 x SD29204UE-GN from Andy. The first one out of the box both its focus and zoom is stuck and won't unstick using either the buttons within the normal camera web ui nor blue iris. I got the second camera out to see if this was a software issue. It had none of these problems...
