CPAI Alerts not archiving to NAS "Stored_alerts" folder

BI is not moving my CPAI confirmed alerts from local disk to NAS per my BI storage settings. The archived alerts on my NAS are only BI motion alerts with a CPAI "nothing found" tag. I have two move and delete errors that I can't shake. I tried regenerating the DB, deleting and regenerating, even completely deleting the "Alerts" folder and regenerating, all to no avail. The errors seem to indicate its not a space issue, the "Alerts" folder is on a local disk. Any thoughts?
