HI all, Just got 2 x SD29204UE-GN from Andy. The first one out of the box both its focus and zoom is stuck and won't unstick using either the buttons within the normal camera web ui nor blue iris. I got the second camera out to see if this was a software issue. It had none of these problems...

Is there any additional info on what the "Static object hysteresis" feature is? I assume its the method used to ignore/detect the state of a static objects just dont know how its used.

wow! I have the same camera and cant get near the quality that you seemed to get. Had an issue with some local yahoo's but didnt have my settings good enough for it to be useful :( Would love to know your settings just as a comparison. I've followed the guides but still cant seen to...

Updated first post. 2nd edit : just grabbed the wifes phone to check the version and the issue has disappeared! weird. 3rd edit : ok it hasn't actually disappeared but it is less cropped but not the same as on my phone. Semi cropped (bi 2.00.18 ios 13.3.1) vs normal (bi 2.00.12 ios 13.1)

Thanks. They are lan only devices. Only exposed port is the blue iris one.
