I have a 16 channel Karbontech hd-sdi dvr and ive tried resetting the dvr and it just stays on the home screen and only says Karbontech. I tried disconnecting the hard drive and nothing I went ahead and purchased a new hard drive and still the same screen. What are my options and what can I do...
