Hello All, I´m using a Tptek IP camera and Huawei Mate Laptop with Win10 Pro. The Tptek cam is saving Alarmstreams on a NAS as .265 files. These files are not accepted by Windows media Playeer and/or similar programs as e.g. Potplayer. Can someone give me a help how to proceed in this matter...

@Jargo, yes indeed, it´s a nice software to use with the top 201 cam. Only problem, I have 3 types of camera, 1 top 201, 1 Foscam (9009?) and 2 Wansview 536. During the searching option Milesigth will offer and connect the Foscam but not the Wansview cams. Manually the IP and Ports are not...

I would simply advise to reset the camera with the ResetTool.exe (on the cd). Note that the Top201 has no Reset button! The ResetTool will ask for the actual IP (192.168.1.x). Once you have reset the cam pls. use a ping to see if the camera is reset to 192.168.1.10 or to the former 192.168.1.x...
