    CPU useage What is normal?

I don't understand, because the MainSTreams_AI do use the substreams. They are configured for the right address and also are 1280p instead of 4K. What am I doing wrong?

    CPU useage What is normal?

It's a clean windows install. I just installed it a few days ago and it's not exclusively used for BlueIris.

    CPU useage What is normal?

I understand that but it's not a bad CPU. Is the difference between the Ryzen and the Intel so great one uses 10% and the other 40% for the same settings? (I use NVidia for Hardware decoding). I would think a 1080ti would be better than the intel hardware decoding.

    CPU useage What is normal?

So it would be better to only have the 4K streams and use those to create the image files (auto reduce size) for the AI? I do not yet use BlueIris for AI because it does not yet have full control of the AItool and the capability to send Pushover and telegram messages. This is important for me.

    CPU useage What is normal?

The Mainstreams_AI are the substreams. The Mainstreams are the 4K streams

    CPU useage What is normal?

I did go through most optimizations. But it is hard to pinpoint exactly what the problem might be. I use substreams, I do not record anything. Only substream to trigger jpg. None of the cameras are being triggered. I use the exact same settings (copy/paste) on the Ryzen x5950x and it uses only...

    CPU useage What is normal?

Sorry, did not mean anything with it. I was not at my computer at the moment. It's a Core i7 5960X @ 3.7Ghz. The BlueIris service is at around 40% No other processes take much CPU useage. < 1-2%

    CPU useage What is normal?

I would have to look it up, but does it matter that much? A very specific CPU bug or something?

    CPU useage What is normal?

It has a 8 core i7 processor. Blue Iris uses the substreams to analyze. The 4K streams are only for recording when an alarm is triggered. I use the exact same setup and Blue Iris settings on a Ryzen 5950x 16 core, and it only has 5-10% load. Even though the Ryzen is much faster, this indicates...

    CPU useage What is normal?

CPU useage is 40-60% on a 4Ghz Intel 8Core 16 Threads CPU with 64GB of memory and a 1080TI. There are 6 cameras 4 are 4K and 2 are 2K. I do not record streams, only AI motion detection with AI tools. I run blueiris as a service. This seems a bit much.

Start AITool and Blueiris before Windows login

Yes, for Blueiris this works but not for AITool. I want to use AI tool not the build in Deepstack of Blueiris. I want to be able to use Telegram and Pushover messages.

Start AITool and Blueiris before Windows login

How can you start AI tool before login in Windows? I got this working on my previous BlueIris setup, but I can't remember how I did it. I know AI Tool can start before login because it worked for me, but I do not know exactly what I did anymore.

Deepstack GPU for Windows problems (Cuda version 11 and Cudnn install).

I will try that but: What folder should the CuDnn be extracted to?

Deepstack GPU for Windows problems (Cuda version 11 and Cudnn install).

I have a 3090 RTX video card. I need a newer version 11 of CUDA because version 10.1 does not support a 3090 RTX video card. I am not sure if Deepstack is compatible with that version. Or that CUDA is even backward compatible. I also don't understand how I should install Cudnn (what folder...

[tool] [tutorial] Free AI Person Detection for Blue Iris

It's not just CPU load, but also slow processing, taking a few seconds per image for 1280x720 images. I have a 5950X16 core Ryzen CPU OC at 4.5ghz and 64GB memory. This is a really new and good computer. I can't imagine deepstack is that CPU intensive. Yes, I had the 8 instances running...

[tool] [tutorial] Free AI Person Detection for Blue Iris

I have 2 questions: 1) I installed everything again. (8 instances of Deepstack in Docker + settings in AItool) Same computer and same settings as previous installation. Somehow VMMEM consumes 90% of CPU of a Ryzen 5950X at 4.5Ghz. Even 5-10 images take a long time. (resolution 1024x2048) at...

New Asus router does not show Hickvision cameras (No hickvision webinterface by IP)

The Hickvision cameras worked fine with my previous Netgear router. In the settings of the Hickvision cameras I assigned a 'static' IP to them so they would always retain that IP address. This worked fine with my old router, but with the new router the camera's don't show up and I can't connect...

I also don't think this is the problem, it worked the first time with a 1080ti, but then stopped working (after reboot I think).

What could be the cause for the GPU version of Deepstack not to work? And the Deepstack windows version to give an "ERROR" in AI Tool? In the log file: redis-server.exe processes did not start within 858ms. I have a 1080TI.

The windows GPU version works the first time I installed it, but after a reboot, now it won't start anymore. redis-server.exe processes did not start within 858ms. If I try to manually restart it it says "ERROR". I don't understand this because it worked and I changed nothing.

Does the deepquestai/deepstack:cpu-2021.02.1 work on Ryzen 9 from AMD? Or do you still have to use the deepquestai/deepstack:noavx? And if so how do you get the latest 2021.02.1 version with noavx?

[tool] [tutorial] Free AI Person Detection for Blue Iris

It would be nice to know what parameters are used internally in AI Tool to determine why it does not process all images (or make these settings configurable). Can someone try this: Just trigger all your cameras at once and see if it starts 'randomly' ignoring a lot of images. Also, I was...
