TinyCam works pretty well. Make sure you have it set to ONLY view and NOT record, that way you will no lose that many frames. Scroll down on the cam settings. Make sure it is unchecked.

Hello, I have the HDD Full setting selected as 'Overwrite'. Under HDD Manager I have 'Read/ Write' selected too. However, when I scroll over (to the right) it still shows, no 0 under Free Space. Is this normal?

Setting up a new system (Dahua DHI-NVR5216-16P) so far so good, thanks for all the recommendations. What I access the NVR from my Mac (192.168.1.xx) the functionality is not the same as I'm seeing in this video: Then I access the NVR using 192.168.1.xx:10080 pointing to this... I get another...

It was mounted wrong (too high) many years ago. The walls are 18' wide and not that easy to 'redrill and remount' now. I was hoping to just mount a high-end camera(s) that will take care of the problem.

Thanks for all the input, I appreciate it. I didn't mention a HUGE detail, my bad... the cameras will be mounted high, as in 30 feet from the ground. Unfortunately mounting 'em lower is not an option. Suggestions?
