Yes, then the screen is not working anymore. That is a shame, because the V4.4 has a lot more options. Also with language...

And what would be a good distance between the cam and the ir? With my 5442 I don't have that problem, but the 2431 doesn't have the adjustment, so an external ir is the solution.

I use IVS on the 5442 and it is working good to be honest... But if I understand you correct I should use the option: "continous + Triggered"? I can always test it, but to save me a lot of time I thought: better to ask first;)

I am not An expert, but if you put back your config after a reset you still will be working with settings that don't work correct for you.... Just reset and try to set it up without previous settings. And as always: read and test.... That reading is something I always do after the testing :idk:

I put that version on the 6221E, but it also went in a bootloop. The official version from Dahua website is the only thing that is working perfect: GeneralTO3221E_Eng_P_SIP_Market_V1.000.0000000.6.R.20190130. But then I miss the Dutch language.... The version for the 3221 V4.4...
