    Dual streams sanity check

Got it. Thanks. I remember why i had this setup. The jpg images on alert taken by the lower res are naturally smaller (30kb or so versus 120kb). These are sent to my telegram account. When i'm on the go, it can take "long" for the images to appear. I can extend my telegram script to further...

    Dual streams sanity check

I have something nearly working, but not quite... 3 cams. Requirement: record main streams 24x7, no exceptions, irrespective of motion (ie. record hi-res all the time) perform motion detection on the sub-stream (as this should be lighter-weight) if motion detected, record the main stream for...

I don't think Remote Desktop even knows that fact. The dummy dongle is new to me - i didn't know those things...

Blue Iris PC and video cards

@sebastiantombs , @wittaj - thanks, I will intend to use DeepStack later in my journey for sure. I have a GT730 which does have CUDA cores. And yes I need to follow the guide you mention. Sorry I should have said I'm a Newbie.

Blue Iris PC and video cards

It's interesting. I have a similar use case. Onboard is Intel. I have an additional Nvidia card. The server is headless, but i have stuck a dummy dongle in one of the onboard hdmi ports only. I only intend to access the server via remote desktop when i need to. What settings should i use? Also...
