    Street light keeps camera from going to IR... Dark Picture!

    I have a street light that keeps one of my cameras from going to IR. Is there anything I can do besides move the camera?

    When I open up my cam viewer it kills all other traffic on my network.

    I have my cameras running through a DVR which is attached to my network switch. When I am viewing the feeds from a computer it literally stops all other network traffic; web surfing grinds to a halt. Any ideas what my issue is and the solution?
