My 2060 is 30 to 200 ms if it identifies something most of the time, but if it’s a more complex scene or nearby colors to the object detected, it can take longer. Usually if it fails to detect anything, such as nothing found, then it could be up to 1200 or even 1500 ms regularly.
On my machine when I tried to use .NET DirectML CP.AI would use my Intel UHD GPU, however when I changed to YOLOv5 6.2 it would use the NVidia CUDA from my RTX 2060. The times to detect were roughly 8-10x longer with .NET than the 6.2 times. It may be something with how my system is setup...
If using GPU not CPU it should be using YOLOV5 6.2 rather than .NET with DirectML if I remember correctly. Try telling CP.AI to start 6.2 instead and it should change the default to that. Then uncheck GPU in BI settings, hit ok, go back into settings, re-select GPU, and hit OK again. That should...
I had an issue that was caused by the BI settings AI timeout restarting the CP.AI service. I changed the timeout from roughly 30 seconds to 60 seconds and it resolved my issues.
What home automation software/NVR do you use? I’d be interested in setting up something like that, or did you just set those alarm sounds with the line crossing in the camera itself?
After installing any of the 2.1.x variants it takes about 15-30 minutes for it to go through and finish installing modules. The 2.0.x versions installed modules during the install process, however the 2.1.x versions do not. They install them after the base install is complete and also require a...
I currently successfully have 2.1.8 and 5.7.9.5 working with no AI errors. Have you uninstalled CP.AI, rebooted, deleted the files in the C:\ProgramData\CodeProject\AI folder and the C:\Program Files\CodeProject\AI folders, then tried reinstalling CP.AI with 2.1.8. The uninstall, delete files...
That’s odd because I just downloaded the one from his website that said 17R on it and uploaded it to my color4kt but it still showed 14r. I didn’t do the factory resets though.
I would suggest alternative light source placed a at least 5 feet away from the camera to reduce the insect motion directly in front of the camera. You could also connect a bug zapper underneath just for grins, or a few feet away within view if you really just like watching them get zapped…
Nothing found:0 in the to cancel section of each camera. Ipcam-general automatically gets installed with current versions of CP.AI so it should be there.
Have you tried pairing the following receiver so you can use an existing mechanical or digital chime with it? I ordered one and just need to figure out how to connect power to it, then I’m going to give it a try.
QIACHIP 433Mhz Universal Wireless...
Interesting, I have to do that with my RLC-833a but to be honest I never use audio from the doorbell in blue Iris because my 833 is right next to it pointed towards the garage and picks up audio so much louder than the doorbell does. My doorbell is very low volume compared to the DUO2 or 833...
I ended up doing the factory reset 3 times and am using adaptive scene rather than setting a day night schedule now and I haven’t had the issue anymore.
