So if i set one of my cams up like that i would be missing out on video coverage of the area. Could i not clone one of my cameras so that it just snaps jpegs?

But it will still put a thumbnail in BI alerts? With it like this it will still trigger if a car of person goes across what is setup in the camera IVS?

I like having alerts sent to an email I have setup for alerts but when it rains or snows real hard it sends hundreds of emails for alerts. I have the sensitivity on the settings turned most of the way down but it still alerts. What does everyone do about the snow and rain blowing into your cameras?

I was reading on here and still cant get the weather files to work. On my screen it keeps telling me Error connecting to weather underground, Check your internet connection. I have internet but still cant get the overlay to work. Anyone have suggestions?

Is there a way to go back to default schedules? I was trying to play with different schedules and now i have them all messed up and would like to delete them and go back to the defaults as it was before i messed with them?

What about this switch? 8 ports with 2 uplinks. Would like to have one with a seperate uplink port so i can have all 8 for cameras. Looks like this one is a gigabit? Would this be a good one?
