I'm Using the Spiceworks Network Monitor on my I7 processor. The CPU usage is reported to be between 20% to 40% That includes BI, Spicsworks, and Team Viewer. all running or on the ready.

I'll look it over and see if it will access my Gateway router. Just a brief look at their video it appears that it is not necessary to use the Windows command prompt.
