Thanks for your reply... now i have upgraded to firmware 5.4.0 because the 5.4.41 gets an error on stage 3. I could upgrade to the firmware 5.4.41 from the utility batch configurator? Is it possible to use this camera whit the ezviz/hikvision app to see outside from the home? Thanks

thanks for your reply, I'm able to access this cam over LAN and over internet. Over lan Using iSpy64, web browser, IVMS, Onvif Device Manager etc etc... Over internet i see the RSTP stream using VLC Now I would use the hikvison app for iphone, that are IVMS-4500 and HIK-CONNECT or EZVIZ...
