@fenderman You were right, the 4670k isn't cutting it especially when you get above 6 cameras. I ordered a 4790 that I have to install but I was just thinking, I have a 4770k inside of my main computer. Is there any benefit for me to use the 4790 over swapping the 4770k into my Blue Iris pc...

nah, i was looking for an optiplex off the dell outlet but then this one popped up on reddit. it's got a good motherboard, 500gb ssd, 2tb hdd, and the 4670k. i WANTED a 4790k system, but im hoping this will suffice my 8 cams running 2.0mp @ 30fps until im ready to move and install a new system...

I was able to find the cameras through SADP, but I don't understand how to move forward. Checking with my router settings, I can use 192.168.1.2 through 254, however when I try to change the IP Address of any camera, I get a 'device rejected' error.
