looks like Hikvision removed V4.40.010 might of had a bad bug!!! haven't updated yet to .015 I did had a really bad problem with random reboots with 4.40.010 so had to go back to v4.20...

Updated since going back to V4.22.005 build 191208 all has been very well! no crash or anything rock solid

so rolled back so far fine, will keep all updated :)

keeps crashing! now going back a version -_-

still doing it once i touch the line crossing events i'm now going to roll back nvr and see if that fixs it i've also looked at the logs it seems it's running very low on memory only got 12mb left also the Motherboard temperature: 127 :O i'm not sure if thats fine? -_- just before it shuts...

i've now reset the nvr to factory default I will update all once back online!!! hope this fixs the problem!!!!!

it's on UPS, and the network switch is all on that side also so not getting any blackouts on that side by the looks as I also checked there logs

trying to work out what's messing it around two cams were outdated firmware just checking if it's that just update both

DO NOT UPDATE, it's rebooting randomly all the time about to reset to to defaults and see if it fixs it up

I had to pull back to 4.21 from 4.22 hikvision has pulled it

I have updated my self and all is well with 4.22 got the same nvr but 16ch with POE same Model Number as 76*

New one out now V4.22.000 build190821

That Version Was Pulled had to many Bugs i believe That Model You have is 76 NI-I which is this one you have right now [76 77 96 NI-I] Don't worry about the 77 & 96 the software just supports them models also but this is the Newest one is V4.22.000 build190821 HIKVISION UK PORTAL

VCA never works! only for number plate cams...

just add the cams to the nvr poe ports then it should set them up auto

for an update i think i find the fix and the bug in the camera Linkage Method Trigger Recording the ch number is also ticked in the motion recording/linecrossing tabs if you use continuous recording you need to untick that ch i'm not sure why it stops and then restart continuous recording...

gpower07 did you update? anything fixed - better?

so annoying could have bug fixs etc thinking of back dating my nvr to 3.4 so many bugs
