Unfortunately noise reduction activating does not solve the problem

When I select at the Camera Cettings Recording audio codec - MP2L2 I hear strong interference even recording and direct viewing through the NVR But While I entered through the Internet IP address into the camera I can be heard well without interruption. Only codec G.711 ulaw works good for me...
